Hello P32 owners, any one out there know where I could lay my hands on a "PRINCESS 32" name plate normally fixed either side of the cockpit.

I have been looking at modernising our name plate as well but am yet to carry this out.

I did look on ebay and found some nice chrome 3-D lettering but they were only 1inch high or something so I thought there were too small but have a look yourself.

Currently we are nameless Smile

I'm not sure entirely what your name plate looks like, is it like a wooden engraved or is it stick on lettering? We had stick on lettering and have navy blue for a replacement but then I saw the chrome and haven't got anything on the boat currently !

Another thing we did for modernising was the waterline. We updated the stripes from red and grey paint to navy blue vinyl which was a mammoth task. Around 370 feet of vinyl including the topsides !!!

The original part is a die cast metal item with the letters painted red. Sadly mines broken so I now own a "PRINCES" I should imagine they are pretty rare now.
Any one breaking a P32 (ha ha)

Depending on whether you want to retain the style or modernise, what does the gelcoat look like underneath? can you take it off and see the yellowing? if not then you could use the individual lettering otherwise, you would have to get one cast - or would a garden type house plate work ? would need to be stainless or brass of course.
