Hi Guy's,
I seem to have made it ok. I didn't get the e-mail either. I just waited a couple of days and it now works ok. So I'll be looking fwd to reading more on this forum. I have a Princess 32 with twin Penta engines the Indenor type and need a new raw water pump as I have snapped the brass screws off and it no longer pumps water round. has anyone got such a thing. It is a Jabsco pump.
Mikadne

Good to see you on here, hopefully some of our P32 owners can help you out.

I do not know of a source of replacement pumps but they should be a standard Jabsco unit. Mine has the details stamped on the front cover.

If it is just the screws that have sheared off you might be able to extract the broken pieces and just buy new screws.

As far as I can remember the holes go right through the flange on the pump body. If they stick out at the back you might be able to cut a slot in the end and unscrew them from the back with a screwdriver. Otherwise you will need to drill a small hole down the centre and use a stud extractor.

It is certainly worth trying before buying a new pump.

God luck,
Dave S.
